Hanleys specialist Flat Management Accounting Division was set up in November 2006 in response to the growing number of clients we deal with in this sector.
Philip Waine a qualified Chartered Accountant heads up this section and has a team of staff reporting to him. Clients include most of the major block management companies in Greater Manchester and testimonials and references are available on request.
Hanleys are fully up to date with all the requirements of ARMA members, the Landlords and Tenants Acts and the Common and Leasehold Reform Act of 2002.
We pride ourselves on our prompt service and can even prepare accounts by return on request. We can also attend leaseholders Annual General Meetings and will answer individual leaseholders queries personally if required.
